Welltax Refund Policy
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At Welltax, we take great pride in delivering high-quality services and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We continually strive to provide the best accounting, financial, and secretarial services through our platform. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit for future Welltax orders.
Reporting Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please log in to the Platform using the email address from which the payment was made. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it. Once logged in, select the engagement that did not meet your expectations and choose the “Not Satisfied” option. We will escalate your request to the appropriate Agent and Manager for expedited resolution. While we can address delays on our side, we cannot control delays caused by government agencies or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by you. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to complete your engagement.
30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note that Welltax Financial Advisors Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform is granted. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service. Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
Change of Service Request
If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you may request this change within 7 days of your payment.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, log in to LEDGERS and select “Get Help” to initiate the process. Additionally, send an email to help@welltaxindia.com with the transaction details. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.
Responsibility for Penalties and Taxes
Once access to the platform is provided, Welltax considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of submitted data.
- Payment of any penalties, taxes, or additional costs incurred during or after the service.
- The final outcome of the service.
Welltax is not responsible for paying any penalties or taxes on behalf of the client.
Factors Beyond Our Control
We do not guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control. These include:
- Government agency rejections (e.g., trademark filings) due to legal reasons unrelated to Welltax’s service.
- Government backlogs or delays on official platforms (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI websites).
- Services rendered by third-party Associates on the Nearest.Expert platform who are not employed by Welltax.
Any delays or issues arising from external entities cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.
Force Majeure Clause
Welltax shall not be held responsible for service delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
- War, terrorism, labor strikes, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, Welltax is not liable for any delays or inability to fulfill its obligations.
