Trademark Renewal

The validity of the Trademark exists for 10 years. Hence, one should renew their Trademark certificate within the mentioned period to avoid any objection & interruption. This application has to be filed on or before 6 months from the date of expiration of the registration.

The Trademark Renewal can be done in two ways:

• You can apply renewal without a change.
